Last verified: October 16, 2026Salespeak Engineering

With Salespeak Company Context connected, Claude answers questions about your company from what your company has recorded in Salespeak, with the records behind each answer, and shows both versions when your sources disagree. Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http salespeak-company https://platform.salespeak.ai/company/mcp
  2. In Claude Code, run /mcp, choose salespeak-company, and sign in with your Salespeak account in the browser.

First question to try

Ask Claude:

Are our contracts month-to-month? I need one sentence for a prospect email.

A good answer gives the sentence and lists the records it came from, each with its source and date. If your sources disagree, Claude shows a card with both versions instead: choose Use for this answer to continue with one, or Tell an admin this needs a decision to flag it. If your company has no recorded answer, Claude says so.

Two more to try: “Where do our own sources disagree right now?” and “What do we say about SSO?”

Requirements

  • A Salespeak account at your company.
  • Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Free allows one custom connector.
  • For conflicts: an admin has run the knowledge scan in Salespeak once (Ground Truth, then Trust).

Permissions

The connector reads your company’s knowledge in Salespeak and can store a conflict flag for your admins. It receives the question Claude asks on your behalf, not your conversation. Details: Permissions and data and the privacy policy.

Disconnect

  • Claude: open Customize, then Connectors, and click Remove on Salespeak Company Context. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner removes it for everyone in Organization settings, then Connectors.
  • Claude Code: run claude mcp remove salespeak-company.

Your company knowledge does not change, and flags you sent stay for your admins.

FAQ

Which Claude plans can add it?

Custom connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts are limited to one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner adds the connector for the organization, and each member then connects it.

Do I need an API key?

No. You sign in with your Salespeak account when Claude asks. Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration, so there is no client ID, secret or key to enter.

Can Claude change our company knowledge through the connector?

No. Claude can read your knowledge and, when you ask, flag a conflict for your admins. A flag changes no answer. An admin settles conflicts in the Salespeak app.

Does Claude Code show the conflict card?

Claude Code shows the tool result as text: the answer, the records and both versions of any conflict. The card with buttons appears in Claude on the web and desktop.
