With the Salespeak Company Context plugin, ChatGPT answers questions about your company from what your company has recorded in Salespeak, with the records behind each answer, and shows both versions when your sources disagree. How it works, the tools and the data it sees are on the Company Context page.

Set up
- Open the Salespeak Company Context plugin, or in ChatGPT go to Plugins in the sidebar and search for Salespeak.
- Click Install plugin.
- When ChatGPT asks, click Connect and sign in with your Salespeak account.
First question to try
Ask ChatGPT:
Are our contracts month-to-month? I need one sentence for a prospect email. A good answer gives the sentence and lists the records it came from, each with its source and date. If your sources disagree, ChatGPT shows a card with both versions instead: choose Use for this answer to continue with one, or Tell an admin this needs a decision to flag it. If your company has no recorded answer, ChatGPT says so.
Two more to try: “Where do our own sources disagree right now?” and “What do we say about SSO?”
Requirements
- A Salespeak account at your company.
- A ChatGPT plan and workspace where the plugin can be installed.
- For conflicts: an admin has run the knowledge scan in Salespeak once (Ground Truth, then Trust).
Permissions
The plugin reads your company’s knowledge in Salespeak and can store a conflict flag for your admins. It receives the question ChatGPT asks on your behalf, not your conversation. Details: Permissions and data and the privacy policy.
Disconnect
- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Plugins.
- Select Salespeak Company Context.
- Open the ••• menu on Connected accounts and click Disconnect.
Uninstalling the plugin also disconnects it. Your company knowledge does not change, and flags you sent stay for your admins.
FAQ
Which ChatGPT plans can install it?
OpenAI says the plugin directory is available across ChatGPT plans, and that whether a given plugin can be installed depends on your plan, workspace, role and region. In a Business or Enterprise workspace, an admin may need to allow it first.
Do I need an API key?
No. ChatGPT asks you to sign in with your Salespeak account when you install the plugin, or the first time it calls a tool.
Can ChatGPT change our company knowledge through the plugin?
No. It can read your knowledge and, when you ask, flag a conflict for your admins. A flag changes no answer. An admin settles conflicts in the Salespeak app.
Is this the same as the Salespeak MCP server for analytics?
No. This plugin answers questions about your company itself. The analytics server, for conversations and AI traffic, is a separate URL.
