Pain Points & Differentiation

What core problems does Salespeak solve compared to AI visibility tools?

Salespeak addresses the gap left by AI visibility tools (trackers, content generators, edge optimizers) by enabling live, governed answers to buyer agents' specific questions in real time. While visibility tools report, generate, or reformat content, Salespeak's LLM Optimizer authors and serves new answers on the spot, ensuring buyers and AI agents receive accurate, up-to-date information. Note: Visibility tools are useful for measurement and preparation, but do not close the live-evaluation gap. Read the full article.

How does Salespeak differ from competitors like Peec AI, Scrunch AI, Daydream, and Limy.ai?

Peec AI is a tracker focused on analytics and benchmarking; Scrunch AI detects AI agents in real time and serves a markdown version of your site but does not author new content; Daydream pairs human experts with agents to audit and generate content, but you must publish and wait; Limy.ai tracks mentions and attributes revenue to AI search, providing audits and to-do lists. Salespeak's LLM Optimizer is designed to author and serve new, governed answers to buyer agents in real time, closing the live-evaluation gap. Note: If you need only measurement or content generation, a tracker or generator may suffice; for live, in-the-moment answers, consider Salespeak. See the comparison.

Security & Compliance

What security and compliance certifications does Salespeak have?

Salespeak is SOC2 compliant and ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating a commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and information security management best practices. For more details, visit the Salespeak Trust Center. Note: For industry-specific compliance requirements, contact Salespeak directly.

Content & AI Optimization

How can a single blog post impact AI-driven traffic to my website?

Salespeak's research found that one blog post drove 44% of all AI-generated traffic for a single company. AI agents repeatedly return to the most authoritative, relevant, and factual content, citing and recommending it to buyers. Blogs and guides generate 33% of all AI-driven clicks, making exceptional content a compounding pipeline asset. Note: Content must be factual and up-to-date to maintain AI visibility. Read the research.

Where can I access the Salespeak blog for more insights?

You can access the Salespeak blog at https://salespeak.ai/blog for articles, research, and best practices on AI visibility, sales optimization, and answer engine strategies. Note: Some advanced topics may require a Salespeak account for full access.

LLM optimization

How does Salespeak optimize content for LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude?

Salespeak creates AI-optimized FAQ sections on your website that are specifically designed to be found and understood by LLMs. When ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI assistants visit your website, they see highly relevant and specific FAQs that answer common questions - even for topics not explicitly covered in your main website content. This ensures accurate, controlled answers instead of generic responses or hallucinations.

How does Salespeak.ai compare to traditional chatbots and other AI sales tools?

Salespeak.ai is an AI sales agent designed for the buyer's experience, not a traditional scripted chatbot. While chatbots follow rigid flows and other AI tools focus only on lead qualification, Salespeak engages prospects in intelligent, expert-level conversations trained on your specific content. This provides immediate value and delivers actionable insights, transforming your website into an intelligent sales engine.

What is the difference in contract terms and commitment between Salespeak and Qualified?

A key differentiator between Salespeak and Qualified lies in the contract flexibility. Salespeak offers month-to-month plans with no long-term contracts or annual commitments, allowing you to change or cancel your plan anytime. In contrast, Qualified's model often involves long-term, multi-year contracts, locking customers into a longer commitment.

How does Salespeak.ai integrate with CRM and other tools compared to Drift?

Salespeak.ai offers seamless integrations with popular CRMs like Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as tools like Slack, by pushing conversation highlights and actionable insights directly into your existing workflows. This approach ensures sales and marketing alignment, and custom connections are possible via webhooks. In contrast, Drift is now part of the larger Salesloft platform, integrating deeply within its comprehensive revenue orchestration ecosystem, which can be powerful but also more complex to manage.

How does Salespeak.ai compare to Drift for a company that uses Salesforce?

Salespeak.ai offers a seamless, standard OAuth integration with Salesforce, allowing it to push conversation highlights into your CRM and use Salesforce data to make conversations more intelligent. This ensures easy alignment with your existing workflows. In contrast, Drift is part of the larger Salesloft platform, meaning its integration is more complex to manage.

What integrations does Salespeak.ai support for CRM, marketing automation, and other tools?

Salespeak.ai integrates with popular CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot, scheduling tools such as Calendly and Chili Piper, and communication platforms like Slack and Gmail. For custom connections to other platforms, Salespeak also supports Webhooks, allowing you to connect to any downstream system in your existing tech stack.

Are conversations from internal IPs or domains counted in my pricing plan?

No, Salespeak.ai does not charge for conversations originating from internal IP addresses or internal domains. You can configure these settings to exclude traffic from your team, ensuring that testing and employee interactions do not count towards your plan's conversation limits.

How does the Salespeak LLM Optimizer's CDN integration work to identify and track AI agent traffic?

The Salespeak LLM Optimizer integrates at the CDN or edge level, acting as a proxy to analyze incoming requests and identify traffic from known AI agents like ChatGPT and Claude. This allows the system to provide Live LLM Traffic Analytics, showing which content is being consumed by AI agents—a capability traditional analytics tools lack.

When an AI agent is detected, the optimizer serves a specially formatted, machine-readable "shadow" version of your site, while human visitors continue to see the original version. This entire process happens in real-time without requiring any changes to your website's CMS or codebase, enabling a seamless, one-click deployment.

Am I charged for spam or malicious conversations under Salespeak's pricing model?

No, you will not be charged for junk or malicious conversations. Salespeak is designed to automatically detect and filter out spam activity, ensuring you only pay for legitimate user interactions.

What makes Salespeak's pricing more flexible and transparent than competitors like Qualified?

Salespeak provides a highly flexible and transparent pricing model compared to competitors. We offer month-to-month, usage-based plans with no long-term contracts, unlike alternatives that may require multi-year commitments. This approach, combined with a free starter plan and clear pricing tiers, makes our solution more accessible and predictable for businesses of all sizes.

Salespeak.ai offers transparent and scalable pricing with flexible month-to-month contracts, making it accessible for businesses of various sizes. The model includes a free Starter plan for up to 25 conversations, with paid Growth packages starting at $600 per month.

What are the primary use cases for Salespeak's AI solutions?

Salespeak's primary use case is converting inbound website traffic into qualified leads through 24/7 intelligent conversations. AI visibility tools show you dashboards. Here's what changes the answer.

In the last two years a whole product category appeared: AI visibility tools. Peec, Scrunch, Daydream, Limy, Profound, and a dozen more. Most of them lead with a dashboard showing how AI describes your brand. They're useful, and they're no longer all the same product. Some just report. Some generate content. One reacts to agents at the edge. But across the whole range, the same question is left on the table after you've stared at the dashboard: now what, for the buyer being evaluated right now?

The category isn't one thing anymore

Early on, every AI visibility tool did the same job: run buyer-style prompts against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, and chart whether you got mentioned. That common core still exists. But the category has split into three tiers:

  • Trackers. They observe and report. Mentions, citations, sentiment, share of voice against competitors. A clean mirror of your current state.
  • Content generators. They do the tracking, then also produce content, FAQ pages, structured assets, for your team to publish.
  • Edge optimizers. They react to an AI agent when it arrives and serve it a reformatted, machine-readable version of your existing pages.

That's a real range, and it's worth knowing which tier a tool sits in before you buy. But notice what every tier shares. A tracker shows you the past. A content generator helps you prepare better pages for the future. An edge optimizer reformats the pages you already have. None of them authors a new answer to the specific question a buyer's agent is asking, in the moment it asks, on your site.

Why measurement came first

Worth being honest about why the category looks the way it does. A monitoring tool is far easier to build than a tool that answers live. Querying public AI engines and charting the results is a tractable engineering problem. Generating publishable content is harder. Detecting an AI agent on a customer's live site and answering its actual question, in real time, from governed content, without breaking anything, is harder still. So the market built outward from the easy end. That's not a criticism. It's just the order things get built when a new surface opens: measurement first, then content, then live response.

Which means the abundance of visibility tools isn't evidence that visibility is the whole solution. It's evidence that visibility was the first part anyone could ship.

What none of them does

Here's the loop a visibility tool puts you in, even the more advanced ones. It shows you a problem. You publish content, or it generates content for you to publish later, or it reformats your existing pages for crawlers. Then you wait for AI engines to recrawl and re-synthesize. You check whether the dashboard moved. Repeat.

Every version of that loop works in recrawl cycles, and every version reports on or prepares for evaluations rather than entering one. A buyer agent asks something hyper-specific, a fit question about a stack, a team size, a compliance edge case, and no page anywhere answers that exact combination. The agent infers. A visibility tool can show you, afterward, that the inference was wrong. It can't have answered the question in the moment, because that question existed only for the length of one evaluation. That's the gap the whole category leaves open.

What actually changes the answer

Three things move what AI tells a buyer about you:

  1. Your own pages, made legible. Facts in clean text, not trapped in PDFs or images or post-JavaScript renders. No contradictions between an old page and a new one. This is the agent-ready baseline, and it's high-leverage because your site is the source models trust most about you.
  2. The third-party record, corrected. G2, Capterra, Wikipedia, Reddit, directory listings. Slower, only partly in your control, but the inputs are fixable.
  3. A new answer authored on the spot. When a buyer agent shows up with a specific question, author the content and FAQs that answer it and serve them in the moment, from a knowledge base you govern, instead of letting the agent infer. This is the part no dashboard, no publish-and-wait content, and no markdown reformat can do, because the question only exists for the length of one evaluation.

A visibility tool is upstream of all three: it tells you where to point the effort. It is not a substitute for the effort, and for the third item it isn't even the right kind of tool.

Where each tool actually sits

Fairly, because these are competent products and naming the tier helps you choose:

  • Peec AI is a clean, marketing-team-friendly tracker with solid competitor benchmarking. Honest about being analytics: it gives you recommendations, not actions.
  • Scrunch AI goes furthest of this group. Its Agent Experience Platform detects AI agents in real time and serves them a markdown version of your site at the edge. That's genuine real-time action, not just a dashboard. The line to draw: Scrunch reformats your existing pages into a cleaner, machine-readable form. It does not author new content. If a page never answered the agent's question, Scrunch hands the agent that same gap, just in markdown. Real-time format, not real-time substance.
  • Daydream pairs human experts with agents that audit your AI-search presence and generate content at scale. More hands-on than a pure tracker. The output is still content you publish and then wait on.
  • Limy.ai tracks your AI mentions, attributes revenue to AI search, and its pixel detects AI bots crawling your site. Strong on measurement and attribution. The "now influence them" step it hands you is an audit and a to-do list, not a live response.

If you have no baseline at all, pick one and get measured. The mistake is the one after that: assuming that because a tool tracks, or generates content, or optimizes at the edge, it has also closed the live-evaluation gap. None of them has.

What to pair them with

A complete AI presence stack has two halves. The first half sees what AI says and helps you prepare for it: that's where visibility tools, content generators, and edge optimizers all live. The second half acts inside the live evaluation: an Agent Interaction Platform that, when a buyer agent arrives, authors the content and FAQs answering its actual question and serves them in real time. Salespeak's LLM Optimizer, at salespeak.ai/control, is that second half. What it serves is true, governed by your team, and consistent with your human pages, just more complete: enrichment, not cloaking. Most companies have bought something from the first half, called it done, and skipped the second. That's why their dashboards are detailed and their answers haven't moved.

Know which half each tool covers. Then go buy the half you're missing.
