Salespeak Company Context for ChatGPT: Privacy Policy

Who we are. Salespeak provides this app. It lets a person ask questions about their own company, answered from the knowledge that company keeps in Salespeak.

Who can use it. Only people who sign in with a Salespeak account. The app reads only the knowledge of the company that account belongs to.

What we receive when you use the app.

Your question to the app. ChatGPT sends us the question it asks on your behalf, not your conversation. We use it to find the relevant records and write the answer. We do not keep the question or the answer after the request is completed.
Your account identity. Your sign-in tells us your email address and your company. We use it to decide which company’s knowledge to read.
Flags you send. If you flag a conflict, we store the conflict, your email address, the version you preferred if you chose one, any note you wrote, and the time. Your company’s administrators see this in Salespeak.
Technical logs. Our servers log that a request happened, which feature was used, for which company, and whether it failed. These logs do not contain your question, your location or your browser type.

What we do not receive. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation history, your files, or anything you did not ask the app about. With each request ChatGPT sends us your approximate location (city, region and country) and your browser type. We do not use or keep them.

How we use it. To answer your question, to show your company’s administrators which conflicts need a decision, and to keep the service working. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who else processes it. We run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Answers are written by a language model we use through Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, which processes the question and the relevant records and does not use them to train models. OpenAI provides ChatGPT under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it. Flags are kept until your company deletes the conflict or its account. Technical logs are kept for 30 days. Technical logs created before October 2, 2026 may include the text of requests; they are deleted within 30 days.

Your choices. You can stop using the app by disconnecting it in ChatGPT. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, ask your company’s Salespeak administrator or write to support@salespeak.ai.
