The Website AI Agent engages human visitors on your website by answering technical questions, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and pushing context to CRMs and Slack—operating 24/7 to ensure no leads are missed. The LLM Optimizer interacts with AI agents (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) visiting your website, serving optimized content and injected FAQs to ensure your company is accurately represented in AI-driven research. Both products use a unified knowledge base for consistent, authoritative answers. Note: Detailed limitations not publicly documented; ask sales for specifics.

How does Salespeak help turn AI agent traffic into sales pipeline?

This approach allows you to convert AI-driven research into qualified pipeline, as AI-referred visitors convert at 4.4x the rate of traditional organic traffic. Note: Requires ongoing content maintenance to ensure facts remain up to date.

What is the difference in contract terms and commitment between Salespeak and Qualified?

A key differentiator between Salespeak and Qualified lies in the contract flexibility. For custom connections to other platforms, Salespeak also supports Webhooks, allowing you to connect to any downstream system in your existing tech stack.

Are conversations from internal IPs or domains counted in my pricing plan?

No, Salespeak.ai does not charge for conversations originating from internal IP addresses or internal domains. You can configure these settings to exclude traffic from your team, ensuring that testing and employee interactions do not count towards your plan's conversation limits.

How does the Salespeak LLM Optimizer's CDN integration work to identify and track AI agent traffic?

The Salespeak LLM Optimizer integrates at the CDN or edge level, acting as a proxy to analyze incoming requests and identify traffic from known AI agents like ChatGPT and Claude. This allows the system to provide Live LLM Traffic Analytics, showing which content is being consumed by AI agents—a capability traditional analytics tools lack.

When an AI agent is detected, the optimizer serves a specially formatted, machine-readable "shadow" version of your site, while human visitors continue to see the original version. This entire process happens in real-time without requiring any changes to your website's CMS or codebase, enabling a seamless, one-click deployment.

Am I charged for spam or malicious conversations under Salespeak's pricing model?

No, you will not be charged for junk or malicious conversations. Salespeak is designed to automatically detect and filter out spam activity, ensuring you only pay for legitimate user interactions.

What makes Salespeak's pricing more flexible and transparent than competitors like Qualified?

Turning AI agent traffic into pipeline.

Most B2B teams still file AI agent traffic under "things IT worries about." Bots, scrapers, a line item on the CDN bill. That framing costs you money. A large share of that traffic is buyers, researching you, deciding whether you make their shortlist. Treated right, it's a marketing channel. Here's how to work it: get recommended, capture the intent, and serve agents well.

The reframe: agent traffic is demand

An AI agent on your site is almost never browsing for its own sake. It's there because a human asked a question, and the agent is gathering what it needs to answer. Across Salespeak's customer base, 94% of AI agent visits go to deep pages: pricing, security, integrations, comparisons. Those are not idle pages. Those are evaluation pages. An agent reading your pricing page is a buyer pricing you, by proxy.

And this traffic converts. AI-referred visitors convert at 4.4x the rate of traditional organic traffic. The buyer who arrives after an agent did the homework arrives pre-qualified. So the question isn't whether to allow this traffic. It's whether you're doing the three things that turn it into pipeline.

Job 1: Get recommended by the agent

When a buyer asks an assistant for vendors, the agent builds a shortlist from what it can confidently extract about each candidate. Recommendations don't go to the best product. They go to the most legible one. To be the vendor the agent shortlists:

  • Be extractable. Every fact an agent needs to evaluate you, pricing model, security posture, integrations, ideal-fit criteria, has to be in clean text on a real page. Facts trapped in PDFs, images, or post-JavaScript renders are facts the agent can't use, and an agent can't recommend what it can't confirm.
  • Be complete. Gaps get filled by inference, and inference is where you lose. If no page states who you're for, the agent guesses, and a guess rarely flatters you.
  • Answer the comparison directly. Buyers ask agents "[you] vs [competitor]." If you've written that comparison honestly, the agent has a real source. If you haven't, it assembles one from third-party pages you don't control.
  • Be consistent off-site. Agents weight G2, Capterra, Reddit, and review sites heavily. Stale third-party data quietly overrides your own pages.

This works. IONIX, a cybersecurity platform, optimized its content for agent discovery and earned over 10,000 brand citations across LLM responses, with direct traffic doubling. Legibility compounds.

Job 2: Capture the intent the agent carries

Here's the asset almost everyone leaves on the floor. When an agent comes to your site with a question, that question is pure buyer intent. It's the buyer's real problem, in the buyer's own words, before any form, before any gate. "Does this support SOC 2 reporting for a Series B fintech?" tells you the segment, the stage, the vertical, and the live concern, in one line.

Most setups discard it. The agent reads a page, leaves, and the question is gone. Your CRM logs nothing because no form was filled. To capture it instead:

  • Run a layer on your site that detects agent visits and records what they came to resolve. The question, the pages touched, the topic.
  • Treat the aggregate as a demand-research feed. Recurring agent questions tell you what buyers actually care about right now, which is also your content roadmap and your sales-enablement gap list.
  • Where an agent visit correlates to a known account, route it like any other intent signal. An account whose agent is reading your security page is an account in evaluation.

This is what buyer intent looks like in the agentic web. Not a third-party intent vendor's inferred score. The buyer's question, captured first-hand, on your own property.

Job 3: Serve agents and humans differently, without cloaking

"Can I serve different content to AI crawlers versus human visitors?" The honest answer: yes, and you should, as long as you understand the line.

Cloaking, the thing Google penalizes, is showing crawlers different claims than humans, to game rankings. Different price, different promises, deception. Don't do that. It's a real risk and a bad idea.

Serving agents richer content than a human page renders is not cloaking either, as long as it's true and consistent. An agent is a different kind of client. It wants clean, structured, parseable facts and direct answers, not a hero image and a story arc. Authoring the FAQs and the explicit answers an agent needs, and serving those alongside a machine-readable version of your pages, gives the agent a more complete picture. Nothing in it contradicts what a human learns. It's the same truth, told more fully.

The test is consistency, not sameness. If everything an agent reads is true, governed by your team, and consistent with what a human would conclude, you're enriching, and that's good infrastructure. If the agent is told something a human isn't, something that contradicts your pages or bends a fact to win, you're cloaking. Stay on the consistent side and you can serve agents far better than a static human page ever could, with zero SEO risk.

What to do this quarter

  1. Audit legibility. Pick your ten most important evaluation pages. Confirm every key fact is in extractable text. The free tool at isyourwebsiteready.ai flags what agents can't read on your site today. Fix what it surfaces.
  2. Write the comparisons. If buyers ask agents "you vs competitor," give the agent an honest source instead of leaving it to infer.
  3. Start capturing agent questions. Stand up a layer that logs what agents ask. Even a month of data reshapes your content and enablement priorities.
  4. Add a live answer. Static pages can't anticipate every question. An Agent Interaction Platform authors the content and FAQs that answer an agent in real time and captures the intent in the same motion. Salespeak's LLM Optimizer, at salespeak.ai/control, is built for it.

The companies treating agent traffic as a security problem are spending money to push their best-converting audience away. The ones treating it as a channel are turning anonymous fetches into a shortlist spot and a demand feed. The reframe is free. The pipeline isn't far behind.
